Problems downloading products or files from Dropbox



If you purchased a product directly from one of my sites such as the Premium Courses section or another and you're having problems downloading the item(s), please follow the directions below:

After purchasing, you should have been directed to a specific download page for the individual product. On that page you'll notice a hyperlink or button to click on. When you click on the link or button from the download page and it takes you to Dropbox, you should be able to see a product file with the name of the product or simply the product itself. On that page, look in the top right corner for the "Download" button and click on it. You will notice a drop-down box that gives you the option for a "Direct Download" or "Save to Your Dropbox" account. Click on either one and save the files to your own hard-drive or your individual Dropbox account. Clicking the "Direct Download" will save the file(s) in a .zip folder for you.

If the download does not work or you experience other problems with your download, please open a ticket here and we'll get back to you ASAP.
